Everyone from the onset believed
that naked we came to the earth and naked shall we return which have
really affected our mentality to the extent that we don’t even try to listen
when one says, there is something you can go with.
All tradition / traditional
religion, all religion and even ideologist / Philosophers affirmed that we
cannot go with anything, that naked we came so, naked shall we go.
The Bible of All said in Ecclesiastics
5:15 “As he came forth of his mother's womb, naked shall he return to go as he
came, and shall take nothing of his labour, which he may carry away in his hand”.
Job 1:21 Job said, “Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I
return”.
When a child is born, he
come with a blank white slat, from here on earth many things begins to register
in the blank white slat of his heart and brain, some of those things are good
while others are bad all depend on the life style the child chooses to live.
As he/she grows up, he/she
acquires all that he/she can lay hold on just to make sure he/she is happy all
the days of his/her life at the time he/she dies, he/she is buried without none
of the properties he/she acquired before death.
It is also recorded that, the
life style of a person determine where the person goes after death though this
is not generally accepted but the fact remains the same yet this does not
answer the question of man. Let’s go a little to see what you can go with when
you die.
Look at the story Jesus gave
in Luke 16: 19 - 31
19 "There was a certain
rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every
day.
20 "But there was a
certain beggar named Lazarus, full of sores, who was laid at his gate,
21 "desiring to be fed
with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table. Moreover the dogs came
and licked his sores.
22 "So it was that the
beggar died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham's bosom. The rich man
also died and was buried.
23 "And being in
torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus
in his bosom.
24 "Then he cried and
said, 'Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the
tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this
flame.'
25 "But Abraham said,
'Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and
likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and you are tormented.
26 'And besides all this,
between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass
from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us.'
27 "Then he said, 'I
beg you therefore, father, that you would send him to my father's house,
28 'for I have five
brothers, that he may testify to them, lest they also come to this place of
torment.'
29 "Abraham said to
him, 'They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.'
30 "And he said, 'No,
father Abraham; but if one goes to them from the dead, they will repent.'
31 "But he said to him,
'If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded though
one rise from the dead”. (NKJV)
Both of them died; can you
see what they went with? In verse 22 "So it was that the beggar (Lazarus)
died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham's bosom. The rich man also died
and was buried. Why the separation here? Take note, ‘The rich man was buried
but Lazarus didn’t have the account that he was buried’.
Here, there was no any
account of sin recorded but there was separation why? Please try and seek for
the answer.
If a person does not live in
sin and he dies, will the person go to Heaven? Will his goodwill send him there
or not?
Let’s now see what I just
discovered that you can go with. What is written in your blank slat matters a lot,
this is what will determine what you will go with when you die. All that you
acquired both earthly possession, educational knowledge and others will end
here but the only good thing you can go with is the personal knowledge of the
Lord Jesus Christ and this is the greatest thing on earth. The rich man went to
hell not that he was a sinner but didn’t receive God into his life but Lazarus
did even if he has no earthly possession.
My friend, have you accepted
Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour? If No then you better do for that is
the only thing you can take out of this earth which will guarantee you all
things that you will leave behind here on earth.
If you wished to accept
Jesus now as your personal Lord and Saviour just pray this prayer now;
Say Lord Jesus,
I come to you today just as I
am,
Forgive me all my sins,
I know you only have the
power to forgive me
You died for me on the cross
of Calvary
There you paid for my sins
Cleans me wholly today
Come into my heart as I turn
my life over to you today,
I accept you as my Lord and
Saviour,
I promise to serve you all
the days of my life
Thank you for saving me
Thank you for hearing these
little prayers of mine
This I pray in Jesus name
Amen.
