Introduction
In the world we are today, there are great expectations by every body, some expect promotion, good job with attractive salary, attain the highest education, attain the highest position in life, drive the best car, own the best house, wear the best clothes, have the best wife / husband, have good children, own a good business etc but what do you wished for your neighbor? Do you wished same for your neighbor? There are many who wished evil for their neighbors; that is what I called
evil expectations.

Wicked is an evil man, sinful, bad, black-hearted, villainous, base, vile, vicious, dishonourable, unprincipled, unrighteous, criminal, lawless, perverted, immoral, amoral, unethical, corrupt, dissolute, abandoned, dissipated, degenerate, reprobate, debauched, depraved, unholy, impious, irreligious, ungodly, godless, and devilish. From the above definition you can see that, it is a strong belief, confidence that some thing will happen; what is the wicked man wishing his neighbour then?
The wicked who would not want to see his neighbour succeed, progress, promoted, married, have children, have good car, own a house and many more will want to see that his neighbour rust away, live in abject poverty, roam in street in joblessness, die before his time, live without marriage, without children, no helper nor any thing to survive with. All of these and many more are the wish of the wicked towards his neighbour(s)
It is said in the Holy Book from Proverbs 10:28, ‘… but the expectation of the wicked shall perish.
This means, ‘Whatever the wicked is expecting to happen to happen to you shall perish, they will come to naught because God is standing by you. Adding also, Proverbs 11:7 said, “When a wicked man dies, his expectation shall perish: and the hope of unjust men perished”. Pr 26:27 Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him. Pr 28:10 ¶ Whoso causeth the righteous to go astray in an evil way, he shall fall himself into his own pit: but the upright shall have good things in possession. Eccl. 10:8 He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him.
With this, any wicked man/woman who is planning against you or wishing that a terrible thing(s) happen to you shall die before their time and that what they planed against shall return to sender in Jesus name.
If you wished that, the expectation of the wicked should not fulfill in your life then take this step of faith along with me.
Accept the lord Jesus as your personal Lord and Savour
Believe in Him that He came to this sinful world to die for you
Confess all your sins before Him for He is the only one that can forgive you and not the blood of animal or any other sacrifices.
Forsake your sins and follow Him (Jesus) for the word of God says in Acts 4:12, “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”
Take up your Bible and go to a living Bible believing church and ask the pastor to pray for you.
Let us pray this simple prayer of salvation, but before then go down on you kneels and repeat these words
“Dear lord,
I come to you just as I am,
Forgive me my sin and take them away from me,
Wash me with your precious blood
And accept me as your son/daughter,
I promise live forever for you
As I accept you today as my personal Lord and Savour,
Thanks you for saving me,
In Jesus name I prayed, Amen.
After you have done these, be rest assure that your life now is secure in the hand of God. For it is said in Romans 8:31, “What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? Psalm 33:10 The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect.
Having understood this, you need to go to God in prayers.

Oh God, hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity: Psalm 64:2

Oh God make the devices of the wicked people of none effect. Psalm 33:10
Oh God disappoint all mine enemies speak against me;
Oh God disappoint they that take counsel together to lay wait for my soul Ps 71:10.
Oh God set the wicked against themselves.
Oh God cancel every program the wicked programmed against me.
Oh God destroy every spare the wicked cast on from my life in Jesus name.
Oh God, destroy all enchantments and divination of the wicked against my life in Jesus name.
Oh God, disappoint all the expectations of the wicked in my life in Jesus name.
